On Track Automotive

Mike the owner is nice, fair priced, thorough, honest. I had him inspect a used car today from putnam Toyota. Thank you Mike !!🤠

On Track is the most trusted shop on the peninsula! Being a family office makes me happy that generations are working together to serve our community!

Mike and team @ On Track Automotive are always responsive when my Audi has issues. They communicate potential and discovered issues and solutions effectively and proactively, and help guide us to practical outcomes that fit our goals for the car. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and am confident the value for their service is fair.

I was pleased to be able to make an appointment for service the next day and I dropped it off the next morning around 10 am and it was ready for pick up before 2 pm. I've been getting the car serviced regularly at Ontrack Automotive and I am pleased that the car runs well.

Mike and his crew are not only extremely knowledgeable, but are very professional and personable when it comes to you and your car troubles. I do not know much when it comes to cars, but Mike takes the time to explain the issue and the importance of not only getting it fixed, but fixed with the right parts. They also try and get the repairs done in one day, and are transparent when it comes to every step of the process. As long as I live here in San Francisco I will be taking my car to On Track Automotive with Mike and his team. Thank you so much everyone!!
